What you may publish

Two rules carry almost all the weight: everyone in it must be an adult, and everyone in it must have agreed to be. Everything else follows from those two.

Never, under any circumstances

  • Anyone under 18 — in any form, in any context, including drawings and including people who merely look young.
  • Anyone who has not consented to being filmed and to it being published.
  • Animals in a sexual context.
  • Real, non-consensual violence or coercion.
  • Anything filmed where filming it is itself a crime.

These are not house rules we could relax. They are the line that keeps the platform, and you, legal.

Other people in your content

If someone else appears, you need their documented consent and proof of age — and you need to be able to produce it later, not just to remember that you had it.

Reports

Anyone can report a post. A report is looked at by a person, not by a filter. If something has to come down we tell you what and why; if it was a bad report, nothing happens to you.

What we can and cannot remove

We can stop a paid post being sold, suspend a channel from the store, and in serious cases suspend an account. We cannot delete messages inside your Telegram channel — Telegram does not give a bot that power. If content has to go, you delete it, and we will tell you exactly what.
