Your settings live in two places, and it is worth knowing which is which. The bot holds what you see in Telegram. The panel holds everything else.
Language
The bot and the panel follow the language on your account, not the language of the link you clicked. Change it once in Settings and both follow.
Notifications
Telegram’s own mute controls apply to a channel like any other chat — muting a channel does not cancel anything and does not tell the creator.
We use your email address for payment receipts and for anything to do with your account. Keep it current under Settings; a bounced address is the most common reason someone misses a payout or a refund notice.
Closing your account
Cancel any running subscriptions first, so nothing is charged after you leave. Then ask Support to close the account. We keep what the law requires us to keep — payment records, mainly — and remove the rest.
