Your share is 50% of what the customer pays, before your own taxes. It is the same 50% for subscriptions, single posts and tips — there is no separate rate to keep track of.
Where to see it
Payouts shows what has been credited to you and not yet transferred. Sales shows where it came from, sale by sale.
When it is paid
Payouts are prepared once a month, by SEPA transfer, and only for balances that have actually been earned. The panel names the date of the next run rather than making you count — that is the number to trust, not a rule of thumb.
What has to be in place first
- Identity and age verification. Without it we may not pay out at all.
- A EUR IBAN. Netfield needs one to register you and to send the transfer.
- Your Partner-ID. The panel walks you through getting one.
Missing any of these does not stop you earning — it stops the transfer. The balance keeps growing and goes out with the next run once the gap is closed.
The minimum
There is a minimum balance for a payout, and the panel tells you how far off you are (Below the minimum). Below it, payment fees would take more than the transfer is worth.
No EUR IBAN?
You do not need a bank in the euro area — several providers issue a EUR IBAN to people living outside it, and that is by far the fastest route. In special cases we can arrange an alternative, for example to a US account; that carries a fee of 2% or a minimum of €30 per transaction, whichever is higher.
Tax
Nothing is deducted for taxes on your behalf. What you receive is gross, and what you owe on it is between you and your tax authority. Netfield is the merchant of record towards the customer — the invoice they get comes from Netfield, not from you.
