The wallet is prepaid credit you top up once and then spend in small amounts. It exists because a tip of a few euros is not worth its own card payment — the fee would be larger than the tip.
Topping up
Open Top-up in the bot, choose an amount, and pay. The credit appears on your balance as soon as the payment clears.
What it pays for
Tips. That is what it is for. Subscriptions and paid single posts are charged directly through the payment provider, not from the wallet — so a low balance never puts an existing subscription at risk.
Seeing where it went
The bot shows your balance and the entries behind it, newest first. Every top-up and every tip is listed with its date and amount.
Money you do not spend
Stays on your balance. It does not expire on its own. If you want it back rather than spent, contact Support — it is handled case by case and paid back the way it came in.
If a top-up does not arrive
Wait a minute and check the balance again; card payments are sometimes confirmed a moment later than the bank’s own message suggests. If it still is not there, contact Support with the date and amount — do not pay a second time.
