You can cancel whenever you like, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Nothing is taken away early and nothing is charged for stopping.
How
In the bot, open your subscriptions and cancel the one you want to end. The bot confirms it and tells you the date your access runs to.
What happens then
- No further payment is taken.
- You stay in the channel until the paid period ends.
- On that date the bot removes you from the channel.
Coming back
Subscribe again the same way. If the creator has changed the price in the meantime, you pay the current one — the old price belonged to the old subscription.
Refunds
Cancelling is not the same as asking for money back. If something was wrong with what you bought, contact Support and say what happened; a refund is decided case by case and it is Netfield, our payment partner, who returns the money.
